These are all successful ways to stop for some people, but if you tried them and started smoking again you have probably recognised that there is more to stopping smoking than dealing with the nicotine cravings.

Hypnotherapy is widely acclaimed as an excellent way to stop smoking, and as well as helping you with the cravings, it also helps you to deal with the underlying psychological reasons why you choose to smoke and why you might be worried about giving up, for example gaining weight. By dealing with both aspects you are more likely to stop smoking - and to remain a non-smoker forever.

Research comparing many different studies of hypnotherapy has shown that on average smokers are over 5 times more likely to break the habit with hypnosis than with willpower alone. Hypnotherapy in general is also proven to be more than twice as effective as nicotine gum.

Because you are unique and have your own reasons and motivations for giving up I don't just use one technique. I believe we use the technique or method that suits you best. At the end of the first session you will be a non-smoker. My booster session is aimed at making sure we have erased the bad habits and also aims to give you coping tools for tough times.
